Mental Health

I am deeply passionate about making sure mental health can be talked about openly in any situation.  1/4 people will suffer with their mental health but in the performing industry this figure is 1/3. This is a significant statistic and even more reason for us to ensure there is no stigma with talking about things or needing help.

In July 2021 I raised £442 from Mind and donated £150 to Harmless UK.

Mental Health has literally been the silent pandemic and the affects of the past two years will be very evident for a long time to come.  Everyone should be able to get the help that they need which is why charities like these are so important.
